trebuchets are prepped poised projectiles alight
we must not let the enemy scale the curtain wall or were doomed
we fight with all our might but the enemy is stronger than assumed
there is no way their swords are sharper ours the sharpest in the land

thousand flaming arrows in the air slaughter them like cattle
