Old Nick delivers again with some of the most creative, refreshing, and exciting shit happening in a genre that can at times feel formulaic and staid (and which I love, don't get me wrong). Takes the too cool for school trve kvlt MO and turns it a not so clean or linear 180, in the process outclassing and outkvlting the vast majority of his fellow vampyric crypt dwellers. This is exceptional music.

sernogath loving the pop melodies on “tears shed over a medieval grave”, the fun new intro on “shepard of the rats”, the succinct triumph on “velvet chrysalis”. on the whole it’s incredible. the drumming especially impressed with snappy little fills. internal fuckin hails

coldvoid This album is a great showcase of Old Nick's creativity and song writing. Its hard for me to even articulate how I feel about this album. Its a special one. Favorite track: Labyrinthine Library Of Lycan Literature (L.L.L.L.).

I was completely captivated by the album cover but I knew that there is something here far too sinister for it to look too good. Then it hit me. After listening to the whole thing I realized that each track has a purpose. Their sense of individuality as a "track" ceases to exist and has become as a new feminine astral being that has been unified chaotically right before your naked eyes. It is made of a youthful being... Torn into Ribbons. And it will hurt you to its core. 10/10 for this. Die Dunkelheit Des Mondes
